Submission

Requirements:

All plans, drawings, sketches, and all other things that are submitted for the Competition shall comprise:

(1) Maximum four A1 size (841mm x 594mm; maximum 13mm thick) foam board panels in landscape
layout format for presentation and display purposes. The panels shall be named and numbered
at the back for ease of display.

The presentation shall comprise:

Master Layout Plan (Scale not less than 1:500)
Plan(s), Elevation(s) and Cross Section(s) (Scale not less than 1:100)
Key Aerial / Perspective View(s) / Axonometric Diagrams to demonstrate spatial arrangement
Detailed Drawings of scale 1:20 showing major design features and construction details
List/schedule of Major Materials
Illustrations that can show the ideas and design concept, covering architectural, structural, and building services aspects
Physical Scale Model (optional, scale not less than 1:300)

(2) An English Explanatory Statement of the ideas and design concepts (including aspects in

architectural, structural, building services, and landscape design) in not more than 500 words
each, and each printed on one A4 page.

(3) A Schedule of Accommodation listing the space provision of the design proposal printed

separately on one A4 page.

All submitted panels must be completely flat. No attachment on the panels will be allowed.

A hard copy of the above items shall be submitted to HKR registered office during the specified period:

The electronic version of the above-listed items shall also be uploaded via the assigned link at or before 17:00 on 28 January 2022 (Fri). The electronic version must be in the following format:

Item (1) of A1 size in pdf format (of no less than 150 dpi resolution) of each panel
Item (1) of A4 size in jpeg format (of no less than 300 dpi resolution) of each panel
Items (2) and (3) above in .doc and .pdf format.
